Insects/Leeches are common near stays in Malnad regions & Farm stay.
Carry your own Alcohol & Cigarette. Strictly No consumption of this inside room. No alcohol allowed in day Outting package.
Carry your own towel as per Covid protocol.
Drugs/Weed and Illicit items are strictly not allowed inside the property and in such cases, we will immediately inform the nearest police station.
If the number of guests are reduced on the day of check-in guest has to pay the full payment.
If 100% Advance made from total Booking amount below conditions apply.
7-14 days prior notice 80% advance amount refunded.
4-7 days prior notice 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
0-3days notice NO REFUND
GST amount would not REFUNDED
